It's been a number of years since I've really created any fanart, so I thought as a warmup before working on original pieces, I'd sketch some characters from shows I enjoyed long ago. I liked how Sango and Kirara came out so much that I inked and colored it over the period of a week. It was a good exercise to help me brainstorm other ideas, and it seems to have kicked my creative brain into gear.
